Family and Friends, Don was part of
America's Greatest Generation. He served
during WW II with great distinction and
greatly helped with the integration of
the Columbus School System. An outstanding Teacher and Leader. He will
long be remembered by those who were
his students and co-workers. He did a
great deal to Promote Friendship Village. He was a stalwart member of
the Columbus Metropolitan Area Council
of Churches - receiving The Living
Faith Award last year for countless
support of local churches and schools.
Thanks to Vernon Park's planning we spent many great times together the
past five years. Rev. Ron Hooker,
Retired Professor & Pastor Emeritus
