My sympathy to Jean's son and close friends. I worked with Jean and always loved her. She was so sweet and funny. I'm so happy to hear that her beloved kitty has gone to a good home. Jean will always be an inspiration to me.
I am truly sorry to hear of Jean's passing. I worked with her at Morton's Pharmacy on College Ave. she was a very kind, sweet person. We exchanged recipes. Even though I lost touch with her, I am saddened to hear that she passed away.
Dave, I know that no words can help ease the pain and loss that you are feeling. You are in my every prayer and thought.
My sympathies to David and Jean's many friends. I wish I'd had the opportunity to know Jean as an adult - we are cousins, but had not seen each other since childhood. I remember playing together as children at Aunt Doris' and Uncle Stu's home home in White Fish Bay. And of course, I remember the great Thanksgivings we all had at our grandparents' house in Chicago.
Jean and I were 1st cousins: her father and my mother were brother and sister, In 2004, when I took care of my ailing mother, I found a Christmas card Jean had sent her and called her. I had not seen Jean for some 50 years! From that time on, we would chat on the phone occasionally and exchanged holiday and birthday cards, hers always filled with adorable animals, especially cats. My heartfelt sympathies go out to her son, David, and to her loving friends.
Dave, our family is sorry to hear the news of your mother passing away. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
David, I am sorry to read about the loss of your Mom. My thoughts are with you.
Dear Family, please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time. Jean was an incredibly joyful woman and an inspiration to all who knew her. We shall miss her beautiful smile. Love, Hugs, and God's Blessings today and always.
