Davis Family - So sorry for your loss. I was employed by GNC for 43 years and just recently retired. What a great legacy Jim left behind. My thoughts are with you.

Dear Althea, and family,
I am so sorry to learn of your loss. I always enjoyed the time I spent at your beautiful home on the lake. My heart goes out to you, in remembering my own loss 5 yrs ago. I pray your hearts will heal with all the wonderful memories you will share for years to come. God bless you all. With love, Pat Williams

Dear Jane, Susan, John and Jennifer,
I am so sad to hear about your Dad. What a great man! JJ adored you all. I remember dancing with him in Saratoga in 1976! A great loss.
May your memories be sweet.
Love,
Jennifer Gregory

A great legacy for what appears to be a very good person! For years I have heard the name "Jim Davis", and always wanted to meet him - as I also am a Jim Davis from Appleton. Many times I have been asked if Jim was a relative - or even a brother!
I know Carleton, competed against it when at Lawrence, and am familiar with Great Northern, as I also was in the "Paper" business for most of my life at Thilmany and International Paper.
I regret not knowing Jim, but share with many the loss of a good person - my very best wishes to his immediate and extended family - you all should be very proud as well, during your time of sadness. James Bon Durant Davis
