Kenneth Fulcer
Kenneth Fulcer, age 83 passed away peacefully at this home in Appleton on Feb 10th with his family at his side. Ken fought a challenging battle with ALS which ultimately took his life. Ken was born on Sept 29, 1930 in Hortonville son of the late Edward and Nettie (Clish) Fulcer.
He married the love of his life Rosemary Carey on Oct 8, 1955 at the Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in New London. Ken proudly served his country in the US Navy aboard the USS Windom Bay Aircraft carrier from 1951-1955 during the Korean War. Was a member of the American Post #2930. He worked at Fox Tractor for 37 years and also at Williamhouse of WI. He was a member of the St.Marys Immaculate Conception Catholic church in Greenville for 56 years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and truly loved to spend time with his family.
Ken was an outdoor man and enjoyed hunting, fishing, cutting/splitting and wood working. They traveled the 48 states in their motorhome and cruised Alaska and Hawaii. He attended many Navy reunions, and played cards. He was a man of many skills and could fix anything that was worth fixing. He and Rosemary built their home in Greenville and lived there for 56 years.
Ken is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Rosemary; 2 daughters Deborah (Rich) Krueger (Appleton) and Pamela (Dennis) O'Reilly (Florida) and 2 granddaughters, Kaitlin (Kenosha) and Kalan Krueger (Appleton). He is also survived by 1 sister Sharon Warning (Greenville) ; and sister-in-laws Lillian Fulcer (Greenville), Bernice Nesbitt (Illinois) and Arlene Ritchie (Greenfield). He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Nettie Fulcer, and brother Howard.
Funeral mass will be held at 11am on Friday Febuary 14th at St.Marys Immaculate Conception Catholic church in Greenville with Fr Ric Basquinez and Fr Justin Werner presiding. Internment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends and relatives can call at the church from 9 am until hour of service.
The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff at Brightstar Home Care especially Debbie, Mike, and Jonathon. Also to Theda Care at Home Amber & Robin. Also many thanks to Fr. Dan Feldon, Fr Ric Basquinez, Fr Justin Werner and Deacon Dave De Young. To all the family and friends who visited and prayed while he fought this ugly disease. Thanks to all of you. He cherished every memory made with him and was so thankful that he had such an outpouring of love and support from his family and friends. Kens determination and faith during his fight was second to none and he always had a smile and looked on the bright side.

Ken was my Foreman at Fox Tractor for 8 years. He was the best Foreman that I ever had. I loved and respected him greatly. I remember him telling me that he almost killed himself by working so hard the Summer that he cut all of his own wood to build his house.

Rosemary and family so sorry to hear of Kens passing. Ken and I had a lot of good work years together both being foreman at Fox Tractor and shared alot of good times. May he rest in peace and my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

It is painful to hear of Ken's passing, but joyful to know that he is with the Lord. May that also bring you comfort. Ken was a great man and a wonderful friend. We will always remember our garage sales and visits we had together.
