Claussen, Wanda Lee

Wanda Lee Claussen, age 38, died peacefully after a long battle of reoccurring health problems and went to live with the Lord on May 13, 2014. Wanda was born on November, 8, 1975, in Appleton daughter of Larry and Suzanne Roloff. She has lived in New London her whole life. She enjoyed camping, cookouts, riding motorcycle, and spending time with her kids and family. She loved to decorate for Halloween. Wanda was married to Michael Claussen on October 20, 2001; they together raised three wonderful children, Tamara, Daytana and Trae.

Wanda is survived by her children, Tamara Hedtke (Drake Fischer), Daytana Roloff, and Trae Claussen; her loving friend, Michael Claussen; father, Larry Roloff; grandmother, Lois Schucknecht sister Robin Bleick (Scott Nyman); brothers: Kirk (Beth) Roloff, Travis (Mandy) Roloff; brother-in-law, Jasen Bleick. She is further survived by nieces: Abby Bierman, Brynn Roloff and Rihanna Bleick; nephews: Dren Bleick, Scotty Bierman, Austin Bleick and Howie Roloff and will also be missed by numerous godchildren and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother Suzanne Roloff, grandparents: Howard Roloff, Lorraine Van Straten and Gordon Riehl and numerous, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services for Wanda will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at 12:00 Noon at Trinity Lutheran Church, New London, with Rev. Bil Sutlief officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
