I am so sorry about Chris! I know he will never be forgotten.I have really only spent a limited time with him over the years but it was always fun!He was a Gifted Musician. My Thoughts and prayers are offered for his Family

I am very sorry that I did not visit in last few yrs. He and I were good friends from age 12 to about 18. We played music together in his parents basement, using his father's saxophones. With all the practice I did at home he played rings around me without effort. His father would bring a different kind of instrument home and Chris would learn to play it. We spoke on the phone over the yrs. but not enough. He will be very much missed. The best years of our lives.

Our deepest condolences to the whole Pangikas family. We loved Chris unconditionally and always felt like he was family to us. May he find peace now and be surrounded with all that God promises to us. Chris was not only a genius musician and composer, he was a kind, loving and generous man who loved his family and friends. We will miss him every day and remember his smile and laughter. He was one of a kind and I'm grateful for his loving friendship that we shared for over 25 years. Till we meet again, Godspeed to you Chris. It's so hard to lose the people we love but I believe we will all see him again. Our love to you Pat,and all his children and grandchildren.

I was fortunate enough to play in the band Gentle Wave in Cocoa Beach, Florida with Chris in the 80's. Gentle Wave was the first band that I joined after starting my musical career singing with my father's band. Chris along with the other musicians in Gentle Wave were phenomenally talented artists who taught me a great deal. I believe Chris may have hosted the jazz jam at Joker's Wild where we were the house band. My thoughts go out to the family members Chris leaves behind. It is my belief that someday we will all play together again....500 miles high
