"DWC", one of the many mentors who developed green accountants (such as I) at PW. A man with humor and professional skill who contributed to our profession and to his communities, setting examples for us all. Thanks, Dave.

I was very saddened by the passing of my friend and partner. Dave was A-1 all the way in all respects - a wonderful father ,husband, grandfather ,leader, ,friend ,etc .Dave will be sorely missed by all who knew him .My thoughts and prayers are with Jackie and the family.

A friend here in Washington where I live now told me of Dave's passing or I wouldn't have known. My fond memories of him go way back.

When I was a youngish lawyer at Reed Smith Dave taught me everything I know about accounting, which was a hard job because I didn't know anything. When he and I were at Reed Smith together and I had a financial question, I'd always ask Dave. Sometimes he was right.

He also taught me how to lose money at some crazy table game he organized and ran at the PW party out at Latrobe Country Club, but he never taught me how to win, because Dave always won. Arnold Palmer was smart enough to leave early.

Dave Christopher was always a class guy and I'm very proud to say I knew him and I was one of his legion of friends. We'll all miss him.

My sympathy to the family. I am glad I had the pleasure of knowing David (Mr Christopher to me) growing up with his daughter Amy. Fond memories always -- especially the car rides to Hiltonhead with country music playing.
With love...
