Dear Philip and family, I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing. I recognized his picture in the paper immediately. I never realized how much you resemble your father. You have my deepest, dearest sympathies. Fondly, your classmate, Christine Daniels Ricci

Hello Cousin Mary Jo, You have my deepest sympathy. You might remember me, I am Frizell Copeland's granddaughter and my mom was Jean Copeland's Randolph. I remember when you came to our house when I was young. I am so sorry for your loss. May God bless you and the family. I will not be able to come but my prayers are with you. Love, Shelbia Randolph Sorrells

To Ms. Mary Jo, Ricky, Kevon, Timmy, Bryan, and Jody:

May God grant you peace in your time of sorrow. Seeing Mr. Copeland always brought a smile to my face and I have so many fond memories of him; too many to recall at the moment. Piling my sisters, Jody and Bryan into whatever station wagon he was driving and taking us to Avalon Park and then to Dairy Queen or him tending to his garden of beautiful flowers.

I am so sorry that I will not be able to be with you all to celebrate Mr. Copeland's life, but rest assured, you all will be in my thoughts and prayers. He will be greatly missed, but we'll see him again.

Peace and Blessings,
Heather L. Jackson
