Condolences to the Charlton Family on behalf of myself, Brother Sotomoto "Spring 77 Salem College and the Brothers Of Epsilon Chi. It was an honor to fellowship with the Brothers Of Beta Epsilon under the Leadership Of Brother Charlton (East Central) during my college years and many of those same Brothers I have remained friends with to this day. I wish I had been more persistent Mrs Charlton in makimg that second call to speak with George, when I last spoke with you last year. Be well Family. You can always depend on Frat (myself and my Brothers), if you ever have a need. No matter the distance. Phi Nu

George was a true patriot. His military career spanned his membership in the historic 'Buffalo Soldiers' to his tenure as the fifth commander of the 336th Military Police Battalion, U.S. Army Reserve. During his tenure as commander of the 336th he was my commanding officer and I have always been proud of my association with him in the Profession of Arms. He was a mentor, a comrade and a friend. "Soldier Brave, Rest In Peace"
I wish to extend my condolences to the Chalton Family. Scarlet Howard & Family
I wish to extend my condolences to your family Brother Charlton. Thank you for being there for me and our beloved brothers of the Beta Epsilon Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. We can't choose when we're born and most times we can't choose when we transition but we can choose what we do with that dash in between. Great job with the dash in between, you have reached that golden shore. RIP and Phi Nu !

It saddens me greatly that Mr. Charlton has passed. He was a good friend to my father. We will miss him. Deepest sympathy to Nadine and family
To one fantastic and a hell of a man. You will be missed in more ways that you will ever know. May you enjoy hanging with Elder Watson Diggs and the other Kappa Brothers singing at the Kappa table .
