Although I didn't know your dad that well his great kindness and compassion towards his friends and especially his family was obvious to anyone. I do know that he was very highly respected by the community and his family.
We hope that the words of the Bible that say "Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted" will be especially true for you and your loved ones. Hold tight to memories for comfort, lean on your friends for strength, and always remember how much you are cared about.
