Bob was gentleman as well as a Marine. He used the ten pound weights at exercise while I was content with the five pounders. He always had a smile for every one. We will miss him greatly.

I met Mr. Daley through the Keystone Young Marines. He stood by me when we did the rose programs and I saw him at the concerts we helped at. Mr Daley was always nice to be around. He was a good man. I will miss him.

Three weeks ago my dad died. He was a Marine. At the last minute, I thought to see if a Marine could come out to pay respects to him. I called and got Bullet Bob. The weather was horrible, it was last minute (like 2 hours before) and didn't expect anyone to be able to come. Bob said he would be there. He drove all the way from Mt. Lebanon to Homestead for my dad, because he said "He was a Marine." That was the first and last time I met Bob, but he touched our family's lives that day. The heavens now have another Marine guarding the streets. Semper Fi Sir. Semper Fi.

No words can describe my shock upon hearing of Bullet's death. He will be missed, but I will continue to honor his memory. If the last lines of the Marines Hymn are believed then Heavens streets will certainly be guarded by Bullet.

I only knew Bob from the Breakfast club but I could tell he was a real character. I, being a Marine vet, truly enjoyed his company. This weekend we celebrate and lay to rest two true heroes-ROCCO the
k-9 and "Bullet Bob". The thing I will miss the most is his leading us in The Star Spangled Banner at the Breakfasts.
