Yesterday was Aunt Elvas and her twin my grandmas birthday! And even though Aunt Elvas not with us to ring her to 94 yrs her thoughts where in my family's head the whole time. How precious little time we have to learn from these amazing women. Even in death! Celebrate her life keep her sprit alive and never forget anything she taught you! My grandma tonight was amazing and when I wanted to make a present for her I realized we don't take enought pictures. Such an easy thing and great reminded of the good times. But after dinner I remembered how Aunt Elva taught me how to make cakes and roses, I even worked in a bakery just off the skills she taught me. I remember my grandma telling me stories and all kinds of memories. Rememeber the good times and laugh about them! I'm only 27 but I have lost a best friend (21) my fiancé to cancer(24- when he got it 27 when he passed) also my uncle jack suddenly! My amazing dog buddy to cancer before his daddy went and within the last year I have lost my current fiancée grandma july 4 and then not long after her husband to cancer as well in January. The hardest thing for me watching my step-daughter only 8 when her great grandma, go through it and loose her great-Grand parents. Something I as a child never had the opportunity to meet. I only have my grandma the fiery twin of Elva. Never forget! And laugh it helps. Remember the good times! Sorry for my long wind of words! My thought and prayers are with all of us!
