48, of Penn Hills, died on Friday, July 6, 2012. Beloved son of Robert S. and Merna (Baker) Wittkopp, Sr.; loving father of Lindsey Wittkopp; dear brother of Sherry (Robert) Leaf; devoted friend of Pam Wittkopp. Friends and relatives will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont, on Sunday, July 8, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service Monday, July 9, 2012 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Family suggests memorials to the Animal Rescue League, 6620 Hamilton Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15206.

Woody and Merna, We were shcked when we heard. I know it's got to be the toughest thing ever, coping with the loss of a child. Bob left a piece of himself with everyone he met. You and the family have our sincerest condolences. Please know that we are thinking of you.
