John, Kathy, Ken and especially Darlene. Your dad was one of my favorite adults when I was growing up. He was so friendly and always joked with and talked to us like he was really interested. The playhouse that he built was a little getaway where we imagined our lives as grown-ups. What a privilege to have been touched by his life and his singing.

Dear Darlene, Kathy, Kenny and John,

I have such wonderful memories of your dad when we were kids. He was always so kind. He had such a beautiful voice and I always enjoyed visiting with him when he would come into Dietz's for breakfast when I worked there.
I am very sorry for your loss as I am sure you have beautiful memories of him and that is how you know he had a life well lived.

Dear Rita and Davis family.
I am very sorry to read of your dear husband's passing. Even though I only knew him slightly I could see that he was a kind and gentle man. As the angels delivered him home to God I am sure heaven became a nicer place that day. May he rest in peace and may your memories of him remain with you always.

My deepest sympathy,
Mildred Welsch (Ed)
