John was a great man. He was a mentor to me over 20 years ago as my coaching career was starting and if it could be a future career. He always had time for me and I soaked in his wisdom and enjoyed our conversations. My condolences to his family.

The news of John's passing brought to mind wonderful memories of both Eileen and John's love and continuous support.
When I would visit their home, by the time you walked from the front door to the sofa, there was food and drink in front of you before you sat down.
Besides pictures of their own family, there were pictures of friends children, grand children, even pictures of friends deer hunting in the woods. Friends were there family.
John's quick wit and humor is already missed.
What a wonderful family. It was a gift for me that our paths crossed.
Rest in peace Eileen and John. Rest in Peace.

I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with John at a medical office where I work. What a nice man, humble and considerate of others. Such rare qualities these days.
My deepest sympathies to the family. Rest in peace coach.

Glad we had the chance to sit a laugh at John Moore's Wedding. No one cared more about his player than you. I know you'll be checking on us from on high. RIP
