May the wonderful memories of your loved one sustain you until God's promises are fulfilled. (John 6:40)

I first met Marilyn and Cliff when I came to Pittsburgh to look for an apartment before starting nursing school in 1983. They were unable to rent the apartment they were renovating to me, but they took me into their home until I found one. And they were like surrogate parents while I went to school; I was often invited to dinner and activities, and Marilyn came to my graduation. I hadn't spoken to Marilyn in probably 15 years but thought of her often. I will miss them both very much.

Marilyn was a favorite friend in Pittsburgh. I enjoyed many hikes and bike rides with her. I also spent time with her at her Naples mobile home. She was a great human being aways cheerful and looking on the bright side. So sorry to learn of her passing. With great sympathy, Joan

In July 1997, I rode in Marilyn's station wagon on an AYH trip to a biking trail in the Akron area. We put both bikes in the back of the vehicle with a blanket between them. When we arrived, the bikes were entangled as if they had been cuddling under the blanket and trying to make a little bike. Fortunately, we managed to separate them.

It was a great trip and she was a great lady.
