Age 91, on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 of Baldwin Borough. Beloved husband of 67 years to Mary Agnes (Talerico); loving father of Donald (Debbie), Christine (Raymond) Niccolai and the late Jeffrey Bickar; grandfather of Jennifer, Michael, and Daniel Niccolai, Caitlin (Cain) Noble, Nick Bickar, Merideth (Tanner) Stocker; great-grandfather of four; brother of Lawrence (Donna) Bickar. Thomas was a proud Marine who served his country during WWII. He was a lifelong member and altar boy at St. Wendelin Church, a Pittsburgh sports fan with Steeler season tickets and served as the secretary for his union Local #2. Friends will be received at the JOHN F. SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday, December 29, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Saturday morning at 11:45.
