RONALD E. "RONNIE"
66, of Penn Hills, passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2013. Loving husband for 14 years of Kathleen "Kitty" Copeland; dear father of Megan Copeland, Rhonda (Greg) Klaus, Jessica (Derek) Derricott, Tara Savage, and Kerri (Jay) Tucci; grandfather of Brandon, Joshua, Anthony, Ryan, Drake, Dewgan, Aidan, Mya, and Sammy; brother of Raymond (Sylvia) Copeland and Patricia (Barry) Tucker. Ronnie was a proud Army Veteran serving during Vietnam. He was a member of American Legion Post 980, the Rod and Gun Club in Indianola, and the Logans Ferry Gun Club. Ronnie worked for many years at Schultheis Brothers Company, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cooking for his family and friends. Friends and relatives will be received on Friday, March 1, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2013, 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to the VA Hospital, 7180 Highland Dr., Pgh. 15206.
