Sue was a wonderful neighbor when my sisters and I were growing up in Shaler. She would do anything for you and was always cheerful and kind. Deepest sympathies to Nancy.

I never knew Susan's name but will always remember her as one of the kindest, most helpful people when she worked for Rite Aid. If I couldn't find something, she'd take me to the aisle; if I had a question she couldn't answer, she'd find the person who could. She always went out of her way to help and never seemed to be having a bad day. As she rang up my purchases, we chatted if no one else was in line. I never left the store without her saying something nice. It's little things like this that make a person memorable. She was a quiet hero who will always be missed by the many whose lives she touched. God bless you, Susan.
