To the Banks family, I met Mr. Banks while working for the Family Division. He was a kind and compassionate man...we need more like him. I am glad that I got to know him. Earth has no sorrows that heaven cannot heal. Please accept my condolences. May God bless you and keep you in his care. Linda Hughes

My prayers are with the Banks Family. My memories with him are from my years working in Family Division. He was a very kind administrator never forgetting that the people make the organization. His temperance was to treat each person with kindness and fairness, after talking with him you felt that you matter. Rest in peace.

Mrs. Banks, I was just informed that my friend..Mr Banks..had passed away. I thought about him, within the last few weeks, and wondered when I would see the two of you again at Walmart or Macys. He was a kind, loving man and I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet him while working at Family Division. I can remember some funny adventures he experienced because of some of the employees. I always told him, he really made our work place feel like 'family' to many of us. God's peace and comfort to you and your family.
