I was so sorry to learn of Gordon's passing.
I had the pleasure of meeting him several years ago through his son Jim. I shared his company several times over the years and most recently I had the pleasure of joining him and his family at a banquet dinner in St. Cloud where he and several other Vets were honored after they returned from Washington DC where they visited the memorials through Honor Flight.
Gordon, from a fellow veteran I bid you Fair Winds and Following Seas and Simper Fi.
