My husband, Bill and I were very blessed to have known Jim. Our daughter, Jennifer, worked for him when she was in College and took care of all of our family's aching bones. Jim said he enjoyed my cooking ( but I always thought he was just being kind) when he had dinner with us.He was such a gentleman with lots of good stories and had such a sharp wit. After my husband had a stroke like Jim we weren't able to keep in touch as much as we wanted too. We will miss him. Blessings to his family. Nina and Bill Monrose

I had the honor and pleasure of serving with Jim in the US Army Reserve out of Tampa when we were both Captains. Jim was the epitome of an officer and a gentlemen. I regret not staying in contact with him after he left the military to study to become a chiropractor. My life was better for knowing Jim. Rest in peace.

James R Bayless, Jr. - one of my all time favorite people. A man of his word and a great friend to be counted on. Selfless and with humility, defined character and humanity. We'll all miss him and his love of thoughtful conversation.
