Adams, Patricia Jane Age 66 of Portage IN, passed away September 17, 2012. She is survived by three sons, Matthew (Kellie) Hamilton, Mark (Aimee) Adams, Roy Adams, Ellie Adams; seven grandchildren; one brother, Mike (Ellen) Bonzak. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 24, 2012, 9:30 am at Kuiper Funeral Home 9039 Kleinman Rd (two blocks south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, Rev Alex Stone officiating. Burial Calumet Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, September 23 from 3 to 7 pm at the funeral home. Patricia was a trusted tax preparer for many years at H&R Block, she enjoyed golf and bowling, and loved watching all sports. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Arthur B. & Ethel V. Horton VNA Hospice Center.
