MORGAN, SHARON E. (Nee HEVALOW) 69 - of Galloway, NJ passed away September 20, 2013 at Shore Medical Center with her children at her side. Sharon was born in Pleasantville, NJ on July 18, 1944. She attended the Pleasantville Public School system and graduated high school in 1962. She received her Associate's degree from Atlantic Community College in Education. Sharon matriculated to Richard Stockton College where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education. She worked 33 years at the Post Office. She was supervisor of Window Services for 17 years when she retired. Sharon was also a licensed realtor. After retirement, Sharon chose another career as an Elementary School teacher that lasted until her death. She taught at North Main Street School in Pleasant-ville. Sharon traveled extensively. She was a member of the Golden Circle of South Jersey. She loved cards, especially pokeno and belonged to several clubs. Sharon was predeceased by her parents Leroy Hevalow and Helena Doughty Harmer; her siblings Retha Harris, Bernice, Richard and Janice Hevalow. Surviving are her children Cheryl Morgan of Lindenwold, NJ; Kenneth Morgan of Galloway, NJ; Keith Morgan of Raleigh, NC and Charmaine Morgan of Galloway, NJ. Brothers, Gerald Hevalow of Tucson, AZ; Eric Hevalow and Theopolis Hevalow of Atlantic City, NJ. Sister, Eleanor Hevalow of Galloway, NJ. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and one on the way and one great-grandchild. A service of memory of love will be held at 11:00am at New Hope Baptist church in Atlantic City on Saturday, September 28, 2013. Friends may call from 9:00am to 11:00am. All condolences can be sent to Serenity Funeral Home, 414 S. Main St. Pleasantville, NJ. If possible, please wear purple for that is Sharon's favorite color.

I have great memories of Sharon when she gave me fantastic and personalized customer service/satisfaction from her position at the Post Office - then she inspired me to become a teacher! I loved her kind spirit and zest for life along with a sincere dedication to the children of our global community in Pleasantville - I will miss her!!
