To the Inouye Family - Thank you for sharing your loved one to the people of Hawaii. He selflessly gave to his country and to his people. He is a real hero. We will surely miss him.

It is with great sadness that I learned of the passing of this great man. Not only a staunch Senator and advocate for all Americans, but United States Army hero of the Second World War. You will never be forgotten.

Mahalo, for all that you did for the great Aloha state of Hawaii. You were always a gentleman at whatever you accomplished. A quiet man who worked to better his beloved Islands. You will be remembered with much respect. My prayers and condolences to the family.
