Dear Cousin Linda,
Thank you so much for your very kind words. Your dad (Mom's Uncle Bill) was very special to Mom and it was important to her to visit him before it was too late.

I remember your visits too!

Please send my best to your mom and Billy.

Love, Karla

Dear Terri, Denise, Karla, Kenneth and Robin,

I was shocked when Steve Wheaton called me to let me know your beautiful mother was no longer with us.

Your Mom made me laugh so much when we talked. She really touched my Dad's heart when she and Bud came to see Dad. Dad had just gotten out of the hospital when your mom came and he insisted that he was to meet your mom and Bud at the airport. That is how much my dad really loved your mom! I'll always remember coming out to your childhood home and riding your ponies and your mom riding them too.

Your mom was so proud of each of you and my heart hurts for your loss. Please know my family will keep you in prayers.

Love, your second cousin Linda McMichael Papuga, Normal, Illinois.

Dear Dorothy, it was only through your daughter, Robin, that I got to know you a little bit. You were so talented! I'm sure you're up there painting the clouds! I will always treasure the painted pieces you gave to me. Especially my "turtle box".
Rest in Peace.
