Jack, Tom and Maura,
Your mom was one special lady, we were saddened to hear of her passing and sorry to have missed the celebration of her life. We were on vacation and did not hear about her passing until a few days ago.
She was a wonderful neighbor. We loved to drop in and visit and the time would fly by because she was so gracious.
I know this will be a difficult time for all of you. You were all so special to her. She loved when the grandchildren would drop by to visit as well as her children.
I know you all have such wonderful memories of her.
May the Lord comfort you at this time.
God Bless,
Jay and Carol Doering

I also extend the condolences of the Army Nurse Corps Association (e-anca.org). We thank Ethel for her service to the Army and the Army Nurse Corps. We also thank her for her continued work as a professional nurse.
My mother was also a nurse, and she graduated from Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Nursing. She also worked at Norristown State Hospital.
