I have many fond memories of Jim and Barbara stone and their children Andy and Patricia. They were members of my first appointment in 1974 as a Pastor of The Verona United Methodist Church in New Jersey. Through the years I have remembered them fondly, as I do Barbara's mother Ann LeRoy. It was a joy to be in their home, visiting many times in my pastoral calling, sharing the joys of life and the issues of our growth in faith. The door to their hearts consistenly welcomed me with affection and kindness, with smiles and appreciation for the friendship between a Pastor and the people who made up the faithful fellowship. Forty years later I still remember the Stone family with deep affection. My prayers and love embrance all of you today as we remember your Mom Barbara, and reflect upon the treasured joys of our shared lives. We thank God for His promises, that though something like Alzheimer's will cause us to experience the loss of our memory, the assurance is, that when we do, God will remember us. Bless you dear Barbara, and your wonderful family. Rev. Ron Cadmus

Trish my friend,
We may all weep tonight but God promised joy will come in the morning... May your family take comfort in knowing the battle for your mother is now over, There is no more sickness , sorrow or pain for her. God promised if we believed in him he would prepare a place for us and I believe your mother has gone on from labor to receive her reward for her good deeds while here on earth. Be encouraged and continue to live your life in a way that would keep her smiling down upon you. Bless you and your family as you transition through this moment of darkness.

Very special love, with many happy memories, to first cousin Barbara (Boj) Stone, and to her surviving children Patricia and Andrew. No goodbyes, just "see you later". We have been blessed to have had Barbara in our lives.
