Pop-Pop,
Thank you for being the best Pop-Pop in the entire world. I have many memories of you that I will cherish forever. I cherished every trip that we made to Pennsylvania and always looked forward to coming to visit. I am so glad that Jordan and Ryan were able to spend some time with you. When we reflect in years to come -- they will know who their Pop-Pop is and will be able to reflect on their own memories that they were able to share with you. Jordan and Ryan both enjoy talking about the time they played checkers with you during our last visit. As for me, I have too many memories to write about but as years pass, I will smile at every one of them and know the time we spent together was special. As we stood at your graveside service, we all were able to see the most beautiful site in the sky that nobody can explain. We felt that you were watching over us and helping to comfort us through this difficult time. I hope that you will always look down on your family as we continue to reflect on your life and the many memories that each and every one of us have of you. I know that Jason, Steph, Jenny, and Jesse Jr. will miss you as much as I do. To the best Pop-Pop ever -- Love Brad

Jeannette and family,
As the backyard neighbors since 1980, I remember Eddie practicing his golf swing- we still find balls! :), and practicing his turkey call in the backyard. He was always smiling and took such good care of the house and the yard.

I have told the story many times that our property belonged to our neighbor who grew up here on his family's farm. When it snows, you can still see the field outline. And how neat that he built Gene's house, then Marge's house, then the one you lived in for so many years.

Once, when I had overloaded my wood stove, the pipe began to glow and I was home alone, not sure what to do, so I called Eddie over. We decided the fire department should be called, but were both so worked up, neither of us could remember our street address to tell 911. They showed up and there was no damage to anything- we were both relieved and had a good laugh.
