I had "Spinal Surgey" on 5.8.13 and had spoke to Lou about it and that he should look for me around this time. Lou was a great guy and therapist, if you were in pain it didn't last long once you heard him laughing. He will be missed.
We just found out about Lou's passing. He was a great man and my wife and I will miss him tremendously.
Lou was my physical therapist for 3 months after my knee replacement. He always has a smile on his face and we laughed together often. I don't know if I've ever met a more caring and gentle man. I can only imagine how many lives he must have touched. My husband and I were devastated when we heard of his passing. Andrew, be proud of your dad…he was a good man of great character and he will be sorely missed in the community. My heart goes out to his family.
Louie...my friend, my mentor, and my family. You were truly one of a kind. No one could ever make me laugh the way you could. I will cherish all of the times we have shared. Fly among the angels, Louie. We love you!
Linda was right. You're another Vincent Van Gogh. Someone too beautiful for this world. Love always, Your sister-in-Christ, Theresa
Dear Louis, Thank you for the rose. I'm dry pressing it to remember you. You were always a giver in this world. You'll always be with your family: in our hearts and minds where we all truly live. RIP Forever!! Love your sister-in-Christ, Theresa.
My precious man...few people knew the burdens you endured...Prayers to his parents, your son had more character in his little finger..than 100 men. To Lou's children.the loss of your Dad is a tragedy, beyond words..may our heavenly Father comfort you.For his siblings...I am truly sorry..and share in your pain, how lucky you were to grow up with him!
Lou, you did so much for our family. We will never forget you ever.
I remember your brother as a happy, handsome little boy that I visited when you lived in Philadelphia.
Rest in peace, my dear sweet cousin.
My deepest sympathy to the Carreon family.
My thoughts and prayers are with Lou's family. We went to school together and it is very sad to lose someone so young. Rest in peace, Lou.
To the Carreon Family so sorry for your loss. my thoughts and prayers are with you. He is with God now.
Like others here, I've known Lou thru P/T visits over the past 7or 8 years. An awesome person with a ready smile, fantastic sense of humor and great outlook on life. Will be sorely missed.
The passing of Lou makes me happy and sad. Happy because I know he is with his Lord and we will see him again. Sad because he has left a huge void in the family and friends closest to him, as well as his clients. I met Lou in Jr. High School. Yes, he usually had a smile on his face and he was such a nice guy! I have probably only seen him once or twice since our school days, but my heart is saddened. You, his family and closest friends, are in my thoughts and prayers. He will be greatly missed!
I will miss you in ways that no one but, us will ever understand. You were a wonderful Dad to Our four children. I know you are one of those shining stars above us watching over your children. Rest in Peace, my love.
Lou was my physical therapist for the last 40 days of his life and I feel as if I have lost a friend of 40 years. He was one of the most caring people I have ever known in 50 years and I am blessed to have met this amazing man.
Lou you were a great PT but most of all a nice guy! Sandy Kovach
I am saying a prayer for your families
May you be enjoying the Salsa while you're looking down on us. Rest in peace, Lou. We will miss you.
Lou will be missed greatly. He was one of a kind. Our hearts go out to his family. Andrew, if you need anything, just call.
When I went to therapy and was greeted with that great smile and enthusiastic approach, I was energized. I miss him terribly and know I will not find the same kind of care.
I am so glad that I got to know such a great man. Louis we will miss you. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Carreon family. God Bless
Brandon and I are sending our deepest condolences to the entire Carreon family.

Lou will be missed by the Salsa community where his smile and good sense of humor was always a joy. He kindly asked us all to dance no matter what level we were. He organized gatherings to help all of us improve and to enjoy Latin music. This kind and considerate man will leave a wonderful memory and example for all of us to follow.
