James Isett Obituary

JAMES R. AND MARY W. ISETT OF PHOENIXVILLE James R. and Mary W. Isett, entered into eternal rest a week apart from one another. Mary passed away on February 24 and James R. on March 1, 2012 at Seasons Hospice of Phoenixville. Mary was born in Pottstown to the late Joseph and Dora (Burgone) Walters. She was raised in Spring City and graduated from Spring City High School. She was employed for many years as a secretary at Phoenixville Hospital, Houck Funeral Home and worked a short time for the Photo Mat. Mary was also a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Royersford. Jim was a son of the late Paul and Lillian (Sheeler) Isett and was a lifelong resident of Royersford. After graduating from Royersford High School, he worked for thirty-one years as a checker and lift truck driver for Diamond Glass. He was an honorary member of Royersford VFW and held memberships in Friendship and Humane Fire Companies, Royersford; Liberty Steam Fire Co., Spring City and Keystone Fire Company, Boyertown respectively. They are survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Jim and Mary will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, Main Street at Sixth Avenue, RoyersfordA. Friends will be received from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Church, 594 Church St. 1st Floor, Royersford, PA 19468 or Friendship Fire Company, 269 Green St. Royersford, PA 19468. Online condolences may be offered at www.royersfordfuneralhome.com. Arrangements are by Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home.
