ROSANNE GLOD, 58, OF BARTO Rosanne Glod, 58, wife of the late Alan C. Wetzel, of Barto, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2014 in Grand View Hospital after a 20 year battle with cancer. Born in Quakertown, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Genevieve F. (Kulik) Glod. She worked for the past 19 years as the Payroll administrator for the Boyertown Area School District and also had worked 15 years at Grand View Hospital. Rosanne was a 1973 graduate of Quakertown High School and had previously attended St. Isidore's Parochial School. She was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church where she served as a Eucharistic Minister. She also participated in the Pottstown Relay For Life and other charity events. She was generous, hard-working, enjoyed caring for others and loved to celebrate birthdays and holidays. She will be greatly missed by her three daughters, Lauren A. Glod-Wetzel, of North Arlington, NJ; Megan N. Glod-Wetzel and Kristen M. Glod-Wetzel, both of Barto; a sister, Gloria G., wife of Robert Neiman of Richlandtown. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 610 Pine Street, Bally PA 19503 with Monsignor Edward J. Coyle officiating. Burial is in St. Isidore's Catholic Cemetery. There will be a visitation from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday evening, July 11, 2014 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041.
