Appleman, Alice "Bonnie"
Binghamton: Alice "Bonnie" Appleman, 86, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2013. She was predeceased by her daughter, Deborah Johnson. Bonnie is survived by her children, Wanda Dewey, Castle Creek, Robert Brown, Omaha, NE and Kevin Brown, Binghamton; five treasured grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a great great-grandson. She leaves behind sister and brother-in-law, Lori and Paul VanHorn, Holmesdale, PA and brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Kenna Davies, Spokane, WA. Bonnie worked many years in the triple cities as a beautician. She was a longtime member of High Street United Methodist Church and President of the United Methodist Women for many years.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at High Street United Methodist Church, 1288 Vestal Avenue, Binghamton with the Reverend Vonda Fossitt officiating. Interment will follow services in Knox Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the church for one hour prior to services. To forward condolences please visit www.demunnfh.com. I am so sorry for your loss. Aunt Bonnie was a very special aunt and friend i will truly miss her. You are both in my thoughts and prayers. They will tell you that in time the pain will go away. In time the pain lessens but there will always been a whole in your heart.
