My condolances to all who knew this wonderful man. His cheerfulness and zest for life was, as we all know, infectious. I first met him in the early 70's - about the time Adrianna moved to Cape May. Dick was one of my favorite people at SUNY and I'm sorry I didn't renew our friendship when I moved back to Binghamton in 2012. The world is a little less for his absence. I shall remember him and Roger for a long time. Smart, funny, talented and generous.

My condolences to Dick Warner's family. I was lucky enough to know him both at BU and the Cider Mill, we were both delighted to be reacquainted. He was a gentleman and I'll miss him.

The world will not be the same. The Theater Department office (and the box office, as well) we're always a more cheerful place with Dick's presence. His soft, casual demeanor and upbeat sense of humor made being a part of SUNY's theater department, in the glory years, so much easier. He will always be a part of who I became in those years. As I learned from Dr. B. the importance of a strong work ethic, I learned from Dick the importance of enjoying life, itself. Marissa, my heart goes out to you. We lost my father (Rick Hofferbert) just a few years ago. Carry on the zest for life that Dick taught us all!

He will always be remembered as a gentleman and incredibly brilliant. He could even put up with a visit from the Bosna family! I'm grateful for having known him as a child. Blessings to all relations.

My condolences to the Warner family. Dick was often the first person I saw when I went into the department in the morning, and he never failed to make me laugh. I was privileged to have him, Adriana and Marisa include me in the Warner family. I hope you find some comfort in your memories of this wonderful man.
