Harry was one of our favorite customers at The Jockey Club. He will be missed by all of us there. He was just the nicest man you could ever meet. Our condolences to his family.
Oh Harry my boy, we'll miss you. Remember our impromtu card games the 4 of us used to have? Sitting and talking 1/2 the night? Not to mention Reno. You brought smiles and good to alot of people. Thank you. May your name be for a blessing.
wherever Light Horse Harry has gone, he's got 'em all laughing...i hope there's goat milk and donuts and wire to wire winners...RIP Harry, one of the greatest characters i've been blessed to know...
To know Harry is to love him! His smile radiates friendship. He will be truly missed to all of us. We love and adore him and hope he is peaceful now in heaven.
Harry was a joy to know. His refrain at the Jockey Club always was, "We love it here!" His smile and his friendship will be missed by many.

Great Person and dear friend
To the love of my life
I will never forget you
Dear Family and Friends of Harry,
I was one of the lucky ones to know Harry. I remember the neighborhood gatherings and 4th of July barbeques on Cambiaso Place when my grandparents, Barry and Sheila Hirsch, were Harry and Valarie's neighbors. We would be sitting out on the deck and Harry would meander over and visit with us as he was part of the family, and he was.
I remember walking around the neighborhood with him and his "weiner dog" and I just barely remember showing off my cartwheels for him when I was little.
Harry's personality could lighten up anyone's rainy day and he will truly be missed. My dearest sympathies to Valarie and the rest of the family.
All of my love.
Your in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time. Nancy and Bob Vedder
Valerie, Cheri, and Bob:
Harry was such a great neighbor for the 30+ years that we lived next door to each other. When I think of Harry, I think of "Barry my boy!" Please know that our thoughts are with you during this time.
Love, Denise Hirsch Harrison
I knew Harry in 1956 or 7 when I was a PD Carrier for Route 108. Harry was one of the chaperons on a SF overnight Trip San Francisco. His happy demeanor and youthful spirit made the trip more fun for all of us. Harry was always a good guy and remains a nice memory for me.
