A wonderful story and a wonderful example of "The American Dream," something that his children, grandchildren, and those still to come will cherish.

Thank you Harry for building the Montreal Inn....2011 will mark our 10th year of enjoying our stay in Cape May and at the Inn. We will miss seeing you run around, making sure everything is just right!

Deepest condolences to the Hirsch Family from the DiPietro Family of Staten Island, NY (John, Rosalie, Johnny, Anthony, and Luca).

Rest In Peace....God Bless!!!!

Our Sympathy to the Hirsch Family on the loss of an incredible man. Before moving to Cape May, we spent 2 weeks every summer at the Montreal Inn, for a decade. In those years, Harry was always a pleasant soul. I was amazed watching this man who owned this beautiful hotel, on his hands and knees, cleaning carpets, and repairing things. As time went on, I learned about Harry's story. Then I realized, I was watching a man, only books speak of and nobody was going to hold Harry down. Harry was not only a survivor, he was a "Gentleman".
