PREFONTAINE; Therese , born Aug. 26, 1924, surrounded by her beloved family, went to be with her Lord, April 2, 2015. Therese is survived by her children Francis, Maurice (Rose), Ivon (Kathy), Daniel, Giselle (George) and Colin (Terri), numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren & many dear friends. Therese was predeceased by her husband, Eugene (2001) & her son, Phillip (2013). Prayers & Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2015 @ 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Cathedral (887 Patricia Blvd.). Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., at Sacred Heart with Fr. Roger Lavoie, officiating. In loving memory of Therese, donations to St. Vincent de Paul Society are appreciated. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. James McGlynn and the nursing & care staff from the Simon Fraser. I've carried you with me all day, each day in my prayers and heart for so , so many years now. How do I "thank you" or even measure all that you gave me throughout my lifetime? Or how your prayers have buoyed me through these past two dark years of my close grief? Your reward is richly deserved and your 'rugged cross' has been exchanged for your "crown". Give everyone there a big hug from me. I'll keep you close and see you soon, ... as long as YOUR Lord remains MY Lord.

I am sending the family a BIG HUG. I really enjoyed Therese...her free spirit and positive attitude was envious to all of us who knew her. She use to fly into the pharmacy on her many adventures rain, snow or sunshine. I am sure you will all feel the void. GOD BLESS
