"Captain McElvain", as we knew him here at Honeywell, will certainly be missed. I enjoyed working with Basil and occasionally seeing him in the Commissary. He was always very pleasant with a smile on his face. My condolences to his family.

I was stunned to read the obituary of an old friend in today's newspaper. "Captain Mac" was a tough old bird, but deep down he was the nicest man you could ever want to meet.
Rest in peace, Captain Mac. You'll be sadly missed!
