NOLAN, EDMUND V. JR., 62, the former owner and operator of the Coffee Shop & Deli at the Providence Foundry, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at the Brentwood Nursing Home. He was the beloved son of Edmund V. Nolan, Sr. and the late Mildred L. (Sheehan) Nolan; loving brother of Linda L. Desilets and Kathleen M. Palmer and uncle of Sean and Kevin Palmer, Michael and Brian Desilets. His funeral will be held Monday, April 8, at 9:30 am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in St. Clement Church, Long Street. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visiting hours Sunday 2-6 pm. Information and condolences, visit TheQuinnFuneralHome.com.

Eddie, We had a lot of good times together through the years. The times we spent in mischief. We were truly like brothers even where time separated us. Not many people would realize how close we were. I'll miss you, but I'll never forget "The Boy". Adios my friend, rest in peace. We'll meet again. Love, Ray Tremblay
