Sad to hear of Charles passing; worked with him at the Division of Elderly Affairs and would see him often at our church bazaar; he was good man, always with a ready smile, helpful and unassuming. Will always remember him fondly.

I was so sorry to hear of the loss of a very special guy. I had the privilege of working with Charlie for a number of years at DEA. He was the best. Always a smile, and a quick wit to match. He had a big heart and really cared about the people he served, as well as the people he worked with. He would be the first to offer his help, many times before you even asked for it. Charlie had a great sense of humor too. He made a convincing Santa Clause at one of our Department Christmas parties, and spread his special brand of cheer to all who attended. I know that he will be rewarded for all of the good deeds he did during his time on this earth. I am sure of this because I had the honor of being called one of "Charlie's Angels", a title I cherish to this day. Rest in peace, Charlie, you have earned it.
