My most sincere condolences to Frank's family, including the crew at bay sailing
I spent a morning, this past June, chatting with Frank. He told me the history of Bay Sailing, and his involvement in the yacht rigging field. He was a world of knowledge. Thanks ,Frank, for taking the time to share your history, and thanks for the inspiration to be the best!
You may be gone, your legend will be forever in my thoughts
Best to all

Our thoughts are with Pam, Rebecc and the Bay Sailing Family. Frank was one of the true professionals in the marine industry. He knew his stuff and you knew you were getting quality products properly engineered and manufactured. The straightest shooter I knew! Sail on Frank and rest easy.

I will cherish all of the wonderful memories of Frank. Spaghetti dinners at the track, A/Fuel verses Blown Alcohol "discussions" and all the good times racing.
A family man, a business man, a mentor, tough, direct, generous and loyal. A true mechanical mastermind.
My heart goes out to Pam and Rebecca.

Pamela, Rebecca, my deepest condolences on the passing of Frank. He was a high school classmate of mine and a good friend during those days of our teenage years. Drag racing was a big part of growing up in Fall River and he turned out to be one of the best. Rest in Peace Frank
