Very sorry to hear about Mrs. Sullivan's passing. She was my 5th grade teacher growing up at Western Coventry and last time I saw her she was the principal at the school. My daughter was a baby at the time and I was in the area and stopped by the school playground. I decided to go in and see if she was still around within the school. I walked into the principal's office to ask if mrs. Sullivan still worked there. Not knowing she was the principal at this point, she must have heard me from her office and came around the corner instantly recognizing me after not seeing me for 10 years. Mrs. Sullivan proceeded to sweep my (At this time now) cranky crying little girl out of my arms after giving me a huge hug and rocked her to sleep right there in the office. I have been living with my family in Warwick and just found a new house in Western Coventry which we will be moving too soon. I always wanted to get my children back to Western Coventry School hoping for them to be able to meet and have this wonderful woman as part of their educational lives. She made such a big impact on mine. Even after I moved out of Western Coventry she used to mail me birthday cards every year because mine was on a family member's birthday. She will be greatly missed.

She was the best principle ever. I will miss her dearly. She was very close to my heart.

I always enjoyed being in her company. A truly fine person.
