Sorry for your loss, Millie & Family. Jack was a great friend. He was a fine athlete who tried to teach me how to do a two and a half off the high board but I was a bad learner. We were lifeguards together at Moody's beach in Cumberland and Donnel's pond in Pawtucket.

Dear Smith family,
Your loss is ours. We hope your best memories sustain you now and always. He and Millie gave you greatness, and will remain with us and all who enjoyed his presence. Our love to you all.

Millie & Family,

I am very sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of knowing Jack at the Leon Mathieu Senior Center. Every time he came into the Center he made sure to say hello to everyone and brightened their day with his great smile. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
