To My Cousin Joe's Family,

I am truly sorry for your loss. I send my regrets for not being present at this time however, I want to share a memory of Joe. He was the oldest of my first cousins, and I recall when we were young 10 to 15 years old, our families spent time on Narrow River together. My two siblings and I learned from Joe and Steve how to water ski and drive a boat. I remember talking with Cousin Joe and at the time he was very excited about boating and was considering someday joining the Coast Guard. He was happy then, driving the boat and slalom skiing on a sunny afternoon. I remember it well.

To my cousin, I am truly sorry for the suffering you endured in the more recent past and I wish for you eternal peace and happiness like you once had so many years ago.

Sincerely, Cousin Kim and family

To the family, I am sorry to hear the news about your loss. May the God who "binds up the brokenhearted" and "comforts all who mourn" sustain your family during this challenging time. Isaiah 61:1,2*
