Mrs Ida Acciardo and Paula,

You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers on the loss of "Mrs. Travelyn". My memories of her are from The Alfred A. Williams grammar school. She was my 4th grade teacher; she was so pretty, tall with blond hair and walking around the class room passing out papers. During summer vacations I played school with my brother and cousins and I was "Mrs. Travelyn, i would wear my mother's high-heel shoes so I could be tall. I would see her at mass on Sundays and she would always have something nice to say; i.e.; see you tomorrow, hope you are having a nice weekend.
May she Rest In Peace.

Madeline and Edmund were the iconic married couple. As sitting out on our front lawn Saturday nights, they would be on there way to dinner, dressed to the 9's. They would stop to chat and Edmund would always refer to Madeline as his "bride". Madeline and Ed were an inspiration to us all. Madeline, you will be sorely missed on Salt Pond Way for sure!!!.

It was both an honor and privilege to have cared for beautiful Madeline while she was home. Always greeted me with a smile, hug and kiss on the cheek. Up and ready waiting at the door to go for our daily adventures. Lunch at Iggy's by the fireplace. Loved her fish and chips and would finish hers and steal my fries. Loved country rides, counting all the American flags along the way. Going on her swing in her back yard, Walks in the park watching all the children at play. We would look at all her family pictures every day and the love in her eyes and smile on her face said it all without having to speak a word. Her love and pride for her family was strong and beautiful. My sweet Madeline will forever hold a special place in my heart. My deepest sympathy to Anthony, Ken, Ed and their families
