We just found out about norms passing. He was our daughters real estate agent that beacame a friend. He truly made a difference. She trusted him which is hard to earn. He will be remembered and missed.

I found out today 11/2/2017 of Mr. Tobin's passing.

First of all, I am grateful to have had him in 1972-1973 at Hoxsie ES for sixth grade. I also had the pleasure of seeing him from time to time at the former John Greene ES. I was teaching at the former Gorton Junior High when I would "bump" into him and Walter Morgan going to lunch. I would also see Norman in my travels from time to time. Great teacher, and I will miss him dearly. I consider him a friend and a great loss to the community and City of Warwick. Norm was truly one of the great teachers in the Warwick Public Schools and always will be in my thoughts and prayers.

In the early 70's those teachers at Hoxsie ES took great care of me and I am forever grateful.

Sincerely, George Landrie

Mrs. Tobin & family,

Please accept my sincerest condolences. I worked with Norm at John Greene, many years ago. He was such a special man and exceptional teacher. I feel honored to have known him. I hope the outpouring of sympathy and shared memories gives you some comfort in this difficult time.
