This account is a wonderful tribute to a wonderful brother. We are most grateful to his many caregivers, but three stand apart: Ann, Barbara and Nina.
I remember meeting Peter a couple times during our visits to grandmothers about 45 years ago. I remember a big smile and a happy person. He would always compliment me on what a good baseball player I was(I wasn't that good)
Ann: Was so sorry to hear about your Dad. May all your wonderful memories help you thru this difficult time.

A dear man, I am proud to have met him many years ago, and share a profession with him! He accomplished many things in his life and left an amazing legacy behind him. My condolences to the family! Rest well in the palm of the Lord's hand, thy good and faithful servant!!
Kind, decent, caring, warm, smart and funny,,,,....the list could go on and on. We will never forget Dr. Showan. Our deepest sympathy to his loving family.
