I used to work with him in two different place one at a beef sandwich place called "heep big beef"then I worked next to him at "deluxe check printing" hung out and we had a lot of fun together. One day I left my car in lower parking lot and I worked late and Paco decided to do me a favor and bring my car to the upper parking lot I don't know how he did it but, then I found out he had master keys to many cars. He was a lot of fun to many stories to even say. R.I.P

To the family of Frank...
We, his neighbors on Manhattan Beach Blvd. will truly miss Frank. He is someone we saw in the morning when we woke up and at night when we came home, always sitting at the top of the stairs...with a greeting, a quip or a comment...He didn't hold back...

I'll miss that...and yes, a few times, I got lucky and had Italian dinners, boxed in Tupperware and given to me on my way upstairs after a long, tiring day...I worried about his health...and told him so...but he lived his life his way, on his own terms...Peace to Frank and to all of you...
