A 60 year resident and business owner of San Pedro entered peacefully into eternal life April 7, 2018. He was born September 19, 1936 in Torreon, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his wife Estella, his father, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. John leaves his loving 101 yr old mother Catherine Rico, son John Stephen, grand-daughter Grace, nieces Monica Nottingham (Daniel) & Naomi Bayardo. John attended Leland St. Elementary School and graduated from Lemoore High School in 1955. John began and ended his careers in insurance (40+ years) and real estate (30+ years) in San Pedro. Services for John will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in San Pedro. Viewing from 6:30pm-9pm April 20, 2018 with Rosary at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held at 11:00am Saturday April 21, 2018 with interment at Green Hills Memorial Park.
