Ralph Wilson was truly a good man; he was a sound businessman that made the AFL succeed as a foundling league in the 1960's. He loaned money to both the Oakland and New England owners when their teams struggled financially prior to the 1970 Merger with the NFL. All football fans should salute him. Ralph was someone that you could talk to like you would a next door neighbor. He loved football with a passion. He also was a WWII veteran. May his soul rest in peace.
